Invoices that match their order post without manual entry.
The platform reads each supplier invoice, matches it to the purchase order and goods receipt, and posts it to your ERP. Your accounts payable team reviews only the invoices that do not match.

Changes
- Receiving
- TodayInvoices arrive by email, post and e-invoicing network, and are forwarded to accounts payable by hand.
- With AxeleredAll channels feed one queue. Each invoice keeps a link to its source file.
- Entry
- TodayA clerk keys the header, VAT and line items into the ERP.
- With AxeleredThe platform extracts the same fields, each with a confidence score.
- Matching
- TodayA clerk compares each line with the purchase order and the goods receipt.
- With AxeleredThe platform matches each line within the price and quantity tolerances you set.
- Mismatches
- TodayDuplicates and price differences are often found after payment.
- With AxeleredA reviewer resolves mismatches and suspected duplicates before the invoice is posted.
A person decides when the platform is unsure.
Six steps run on every invoice. Rules handle the known cases and models handle the rest. Each step below says what happens when a check fails.
- Step
Capture
Email, e-invoicing networks and scanned post feed one queue. Files with several invoices are split. An invoice with the same supplier, number and amount as an earlier one is held for review.
- Step
Read
OCR reads scans and PDFs. E-invoices are read directly from their structured data. An extraction model returns the header, VAT and line fields, each with a confidence score.
- Step
Match
The platform identifies the supplier by VAT number. It matches each line to the purchase order and goods receipt in your ERP. Bank details that differ from the supplier record stop the invoice.
- Step
Code
Invoices without a purchase order need a cost centre and general ledger account. Rules assign the known cases. A model trained on your past postings proposes the rest.
- Step
Review
A reviewer sees every invoice with a field below 98% confidence, a failed match or a price outside tolerance. Invoices above a value you set need a second approver.
- Step
Post
The platform posts the invoice to your ERP with the source file attached. If the ERP rejects it, the invoice returns to the review queue with the error.

Results are measured against your own baseline.
The baseline comes from your invoices in the quarter before go-live. We report the same figures every month.
Median of 5 deployments, 12 months after go-live.
On golden sets of 2,000 invoices per customer.
Median cycle time, down from 11 days before go-live.
Touchless: posted in the ERP without a person editing any field. Field accuracy: share of extracted fields that match the value a trained reviewer would enter.
We stop a pilot that misses its gate.
Each stage ends with a target agreed before work starts.

Assess

- Stage 2 · 4–6 weeks
Pilot
The platform processes live invoices and posts them to a test copy of your ERP.
- Stage 3 · Ongoing
Production
